Faculty Development is an integral part of learning intervention. I firmly believe in the principle of learning through sharing of knowledge and leaving no platform unused to explore the same so that knowledge can be transformed into wisdom.
In this learning endeavor, a lot of synergy is achieved through consent 2-way interaction between the facilitator and the faculty learners. Through FDPs, the faculty can hone their conceptual skills. The FDPs create an enabling environment where each faculty participant is able to think out of the box and research on new pedagogy.

Management education is about experiential learning. Real learning happens when students can learn through case studies and a simulated corporate environment. Therefore, there has to be effective interaction between corporate organizations and management institutions. This interaction enables the students to become industry-ready, endowed with decisions making skills.
